Buying, renting & inspections
Each property page shows what we know about availability and the date it was last checked. Where it says availability is to be confirmed, send an enquiry or call us and we will tell you which units are open. Enquiring does not reserve a unit.
Prices shown are listed prices and may change; we will confirm the current price in writing. Unless a property page lists them, additional costs such as legal, agency or service charges have not been confirmed — ask us for a written breakdown before you commit.
Request an inspection online or by phone with your preferred date and time. Site visits run Tuesday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (Abuja time), and Saturdays by appointment. Your request is not a confirmed appointment until our team contacts you to confirm it.
Payment terms depend on the property and are agreed in writing before any payment. We do not take reservations or payments through this website.
This varies by development and stage of construction. Ask us about the specific property — we will explain its current construction status, expected handover condition and the documentation process before you commit.
Investing with Toux
Getting started is straightforward. Reach out to us at info@touxproperties.com or call +234 704 111 1804 to schedule a consultation. We will walk you through the available investment opportunities, minimum capital requirements, and help you identify the best strategy for your goals. Investment is by invitation, and every investor is onboarded personally by our team.
Minimum investment amounts vary depending on the type of opportunity. Joint ventures and co-investment partnerships typically start at ₦5,000,000, while direct property acquisitions vary based on the specific property and location. Contact us for the current available plans and their respective entry points.
Each structured plan has a fixed total return over a fixed term. Current rates and terms are shown in our investment calculator, with each rate next to its exact duration. Calculator figures are estimates, not guarantees. We encourage all investors to review the investment documentation and take independent advice before committing capital.
Returns are paid out according to the terms agreed in your investment contract. Depending on the plan, this may be a lump-sum payout at project completion, quarterly distributions, or a milestone-based schedule. All payment terms are clearly defined before you commit any funds.
Yes. Direct property investment is available across residential, commercial, and short-let categories. You can choose to purchase outright, co-invest with other partners, or participate in a structured development project. Each option comes with full documentation outlining the terms, projected timelines, and expected returns.
A joint venture allows you to co-invest alongside Toux Properties on a specific development or acquisition. Both parties share the risks and rewards. Terms vary by project — you may contribute capital while we contribute expertise, project management, and execution. All arrangements are governed by a formal JV agreement.
All investments are backed by real, tangible real estate assets. Depending on your investment type, security instruments such as deeds of assignment, development agreements, or co-ownership titles may be issued. We strongly recommend independent legal review of all documentation before signing.
Our team reports to you directly on your investment and its project, and sends your statements and documents privately. Ask us how often you would like to hear from us.
In syndication, a group of investors pools capital to invest in a property or project that would be out of reach individually. Toux Properties acts as the syndicator — sourcing, managing, and executing the investment — while investors receive a proportional share of the returns. Minimum participation amounts apply.
Yes. We actively work with Nigerian investors in the UK, USA, Canada, and Europe who want to build wealth back home through real estate. We handle all local execution, documentation, and project management on your behalf. We can arrange virtual consultations and provide digital copies of all contracts.
Early exit terms are specified in your investment agreement. In many cases, we can facilitate a transfer of your interest to another qualified investor. We advise all investors to treat real estate as a medium-to-long-term commitment for the best outcomes.
Toux Properties is a registered company operating in Nigeria and the United States.
